ROBERTSON HUMAN ASSET was founded in 2000 by Linda Robertson, President, who had first hand experience working in corporations that lacked the processes, programs, tools and partners to support, train and retain their key contributors or recruit top talent. 

For the past 20 years, Linda and her team have successfully and consistently placed high performing sales and management professionals into growing companies while providing B2B consulting solutions and services to assist companies with revenue generation.

 

Linda also personally delivers coaching to individuals and management teams that is uniquely designed to identify existing opportunities for growth and expansion.

Their unique approach to business helps their clients ensure they have the right staff, systems and processes to succeed.

LINDA ROBERTSON

Co-Founder, Executive Life Sciences Recruiter

Linda Robertson initially founded Robertson Human Asset to assist companies in establishing high-performance organizations through leadership training on hiring top performers and providing strategic sales training. Success allowed her clients to attract and retain the best account representatives and managers and develop them into “sales rock stars. Soon the exponential growth of these businesses required her to source, recruit and screen more sales professionals to quickly fill their expansion roles. That was the turning point for Linda to expand her team and become a highly sought-after niche recruitment agency for life science companies, and she has now been in business for 20+ years.

Linda started her career as a Registered Nurse in London, ON, Canada, but quickly transitioned into medical device sales as an individual contributor, which led to sales leadership roles before starting her family and becoming an entrepreneur. As a lifelong learner, she joined the Canadian Recruitment Association Board, received her Canadian Recruitment designation (CPC) and attended the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, where she received her Senior Human Resources designation. (SHRD).

Walking, rollerblading, and reading fill her downtime when she is not lounging by the family pool in the summer or vacationing in the Caribbean in the cold Canadian winter.

Brad is responsible for recruitment support and all non-sales-related activities, including finance, technology, and social media marketing at the executive recruitment agency he co-founded with his life partner. He is an experienced technology consultant and team leader with many years of work experience in various individual contributor and management roles with medium to large corporations during his 30+ year career.

Born, raised, and university educated in Hamilton, ON, Canada, Brad has contributed to his family and community through volunteer positions with schools and sports organizations and has been a whole blood, platelets, and plasma donor since 1986.

Golf, travel, and home renovations now take up most of his time when he is not working on/in the business, and he looks forward to visiting with his adult children in Canada and the US as their families grow.
